  • Chaparral Theory's Magnesium Balm is the perfect solution to replenish missing minerals and target sore muscles. Unlike magnesium supplements, which often cause gastrointestinal discomfort, this balm utilizes topical absorption to avoid the GI tract entirely. Additionally, it provides direct relief to specific joints and muscles, and it is safe for kids, as there is no risk of overdose. Magnesium is crucial for over 300 enzymatic reactions, impacting energy metabolism, muscle function, and nerve transmission.

    Magnesium Content:
    5,914.7mg of magnesium per jar
    246mg per teaspoon
  • The concentrated magnesium oil used is from a protected seabed in Europe to ensure pure, high-quality magnesium.
  • The magnesium balm has a delightful scent reminiscent of freshly baked gingerbread or snickerdoodle cookies, offering a comforting, natural fragrance without the use of essential oils.

  1. First, ensure your skin is free from dirt or impurities. Wash the intended area thoroughly and dry it completely.
  2. Start small. A little goes a long way with tallow, so start with a small amount.
  3. Apply the balm to the targeted area. Focus on the specific area for muscle cramps, joint discomfort, or any other muscle-related issues.
  4. Allow the balm to absorb into your skin. This may take a few minutes. If you experience itchiness at the application site, you can wipe off the excess balm once it has been absorbed. You may also dilute the balm with another balm if needed.
  5. Adjust frequency. Apply as needed for relief. For ongoing support, daily application is recommended.
  6. If you experience dry skin, magnesium oil can sometimes cause this. In such cases, you can try switching the application area or use a moisturizer to combat excess dryness.
  7. For external use only.

Important notes: If you notice condensation on your balm, this is NORMAL and is the magnesium oil. ALWAYS PATCH TEST FIRST before full application to ensure compatibility with your skin.
  • Shelf Life: 9-12 months

The Best

This is my favorite magnesium balm. Smells like Christmas. Is so soothing and relaxing. I use it before bed every night. I’ve found other magnesium sprays and lotions to be drying on the skin but this one is tallow based and more moisturizing. Love it.

Favorite Magnesium Balm!

I’ve been using this for over a year. Love the smell of it. I use it during my pregnancies for extra magnesium and use it on both my babies feet for bed. Also use it as a deodorant.
