Each of the herbs included in the formula communicate with the lymphatic system to move stagnation, bring circulation, and ease tension.

Castor Oil was included because it speeds the removal of toxins, reduces swollen lymph nodes, is anti-inflammatory, assists with detoxification and the excretion of waste material.

• Castor oil, when heated, penetrates through the skin and muscles, affects the underlying tissues, and encourages the breakdown of inflammatory material through enhancing both blood circulation and lymphatic flow.

• Castor oil packs are often applied on the right hand side of the abdomen above the liver, over the whole abdomen or the lower abdomen in the case of reproductive challenges, cramping, or pelvic congestion, and over areas of pain, inflammation, or sore muscles.
