Directions: 

Massage your hair with warm water (thoroughly wet your hair) prior to applying shampoo. Follow with a small amount of the Mitolife Shampoo and work it into your roots. Rinse out the shampoo.

Apply Mitolife Conditioner and rinse with cooler water (slightly cooler than the shampoo).
